I am an amateur herpetologist, currently busy with Cambridge IGCSE. I am planning to go study Zoology and possibly Microbiology. Over the years I have developed a soft spot for Taxonomy and Field Herpetology. Hoping to study Herpetology for my Postgraduate, but only time will tell.

Liam Botha is a passionate wildlife enthusiast based in Pretoria. As a wildlife photographer, he has traveled extensively to capture the natural beauty of South Africa through the lens of a camera.
From a young age, Liam has been collecting insects and other wildlife, a lifelong passion that has only grown stronger with time. He has expanded his knowledge significantly by doing the beginner and later advanced snake identification course. At an age of 12 he did the venomous snake handling course leading to the reptile photography course and at 14 the venomous snake handling bootcamp. He also has an incredible eye for wildlife art and has done many pieces illustrating the beauty of reptiles, plants, amphibians, birds and mammals.
